Product & Company Description: PRAXIS is an Electronic Medical Record system. It stores patient chart notes, x-rays, laboratory reports, EKG's, Vital Statistics, Medications, and everything you would normally put in a file folder. Your paper charts cost you money. Someone has to write them, file them, find them, determine billing from them, and organize them. Paper Charts get lost. PRAXIS is portable. You can bring it with you to the exam room, chart your full progress note, and give the patient printouts, including prescriptions and instructions. Your progress notes stay in your computer, and you can print them as necessary. PRAXIS uses a Concept Processor to reduce your charting time, and save you money. You write lengthy, detailed chart notes.
