resolved in the quickest possible fashion.

* If the answer you are looking for is not available in the
knowledgebase please send a mail to

* Please keep the following in mind while sending the mail
- Give as much information as you can about the error. If
you got a particular error the best thing to do is to give
exact process on how we can duplicate it. For instance by
saying 'my PHR is not working' will not help. However if you
state that on visiting 'http://www.mywebsite.com/somefolder/somepage.asp'
I get an 500 Internal Server error - the mail makes more
sense.
- Give complete details of the error message. Saying that my
email is bouncing is not enough. Paste the exact error of
the bounce - preferably the entire Bounced Message in the
Support Mail
- Give any possible steps you may have taken trying to solve
it. If you changed any permissions, or modified any code or
tried any steps - jotting those down would help support
tackle the problem faster.
- Send only a single mail. This is very important as it will
allow support to track its events in a single window and
prevent errors from our side.
